Friday, October 25, 2019 - Decanted for 12 hours (nothing like popping a cork at 6am before heading to work). Loads of fruit on the nose during decant. More tapenade than fruit in the glass. Readily drinkable at that point. Super tasty. Well structured. Needed the sous vide steak to round it out.
