Friday, November 8, 2019 - App: pale lemon
Nose: med intensity, petrol, lemon, green apple, pear, toast, blossom, honey. It’s developing.
Palate: off-dry, high acidity, low alcohol, light body, a little fizzy, med intensity, med finish
Overall, good wine. Can drink now but will benefit from ageing.
