Saturday, November 16, 2019 - This is getting better and better. Really hitting its stride. Deep fragrant nose with plenty of weave and complexity. Rich and deep with some of vintage heat but retains balance and length on finish. Great with slow cooked lamb shanks with wine and balsamic vinegar
