Saturday, December 28, 2019 - The #370 Vinsgauer Williams-Christ from the now defunct Stählemühle Distillery. Unbelievable expansive and expressive nose of rose petal, toffee apple, nutmeg. Fiery palate of crisp red apple, pear drop, geranium and dandelion flower. Incredible finish that lasts for minutes, cinnamon, caraway, Sichuan pepper. Remarkable, certainly the finest Eau de Vie/Schnapps I have ever had.
