Friday, January 3, 2020 - This is a big and very enjoyable wine. It still needs a decant, but once it opens up, it is quite good. It has more than few years of life left to tantalize and surprise.
It is dominated by bright red fruit that coats the palate and provides a nice long finish. As you might expect from Paul Hobbs, it was beautifully balanced. It was also consumed with enthusiasm.
