Sunday, September 28, 2008 - Dark honey colour with a faint green tinge; viscous & dense. Nose is of a rich fruit cake, with a touch of angelica. Good acidity, good amount of sugar without being excessively cloying, nice lengthy and soothing honeyed finish. Very good indeed! Better as an aperitif than a dessert wine I think, but would work for both.
