Friday, February 14, 2020 - PnP - umm no, needs time to open up. Once real time in the glass the champagne unfolds into a very young beauty (although for my palate needs at least 5 more years maybe longer). A wonderful laser like lemon zinger with a brief quick hint of white pepper then back to lemon, unripe white peach with a non-sweet honey tone that flashes right before the mouth watering acid lemon jolt that carries through to a long finish.

The typical stronger Unami, Ginger, yeast/bread flavors are not yet pronounced (hints here and there) nor do they seem like they will be for some time. Curious and excited to follow this over the next decade. The last sip was the best. 93++

It feels like the best is yet to come.
