Saturday, February 29, 2020 - Brief / vague note. Extremely elegant and low abv, making this a joy to sip with a casual dinner. Somewhat aromatic. Palate was quite fruity, but you can tell the structure is there, with underlying powdery tannins. Overall could use 1-2 years to settle down, but already drinking really well. Very inviting wine to sip with a spicy ropa vieja.
