Saturday, January 18, 2020 - Underripe green nectarine / lime / green apricot / honeydew right at the skin / green mango, nice hint of mercaptan-saltiness. Slight glycerol, raw blanched almond, salivation-inducing acidity, slightly bitter pithiness in the finish.
