Where a year ago there was lots of caramel, now this is much more sleek with obvious green tea, herbal elements and copious notes of spicy cedar. I barely recognized the wine at first. This is ready to drink and probably at peak. The youthful exuberance is gone now with some fast emerging secondary nuances. Yet there is still a tight core of expressive fruit. Quite nice!
