Initially overpowered the plum and black cherry aromas, but prolonged aeration brought them in balance, while allowing black pepper and vegetal notes to appear. The taste is full-bodied and complex, adding petroleum, tomato leaf, and bell pepper . Tannins are high and the finish is medium long.

Completely unlike other pinot noirs, this wine took time to grow on me, but I eventually became fascinated with the complexity, identifying more and more aromas with every sniff and taste. Aging should bring even better balance and blend.
