Wednesday, October 15, 2008 - The nose was fairly mute when first opened, but now it was showing wonderful notes of pineapple, honeysuckle and a hint of chalky minerals. Nice acidity on the attack with pineapple, allspice and a touch of vanilla oak. 30+ second finish that give my whole mouth a nice soft acidic tingling sensation. I had planned to save half the bottle for the next night, but I just couldn't put this down...
