Wednesday, April 1, 2020 - Consistent with my last tasting note. Day one the wine was tight and not fully integrated but on day 3 the tightness was gone and the fruits separated and the wine smoothed while the tannin mellowed. Under proper storage this wine should hit its peak in 5 to 10 years.
