Thursday, April 2, 2020 - Flavors of bing cherry and cola are accented by orange rind and hints of oolong tea in this impressively concentrated new world Pinot. Tannins are abundant but very finely textured and acidity is elevated to balance the ripe fruit. It’s not profound, but it is intense.
