Tuesday, April 7, 2020 - On opening, deep purple color, fruity, berry nose, not a very rich cab. Basic dinner drinking wine. We let 1/2 bottle sit for 24 hrs in the bottle (has a twist off cap). Much better on day two, nose was slightly richer in flavor and had a stronger cab taste. Give it some initial air and let sit a day.
