Friday, April 10, 2020 - Light crisp nose with a little wildflower and citrus. Nice bright acidity that moves away quickly to light tartness and a long mellow finish. Clean and crisp. Balanced in all ways. Went perfectly with a Japanese inspired tuna salad.
