Friday, May 1, 2020 - smell of yeast on the opening, taste of very sour cherry on the palate. definate smell of tobbaco, interesting almosgt like pipe tobacco but not sweet enough.
I find washington state cab sav's to be not as flavourful as the california and to be lighter bodied. just my observation..., means nothing really.
Dark chocolate flavour are evident after half hour or so decant and some very tasty licorice accents.
we are warming up to the wine very much. becoming very smooth.
seems to begetting a lot fuller bodied over time.Recommend
