Sunday, May 3, 2020 - I am becoming a big fan of Axel Prufer's wines. The more I tasted the more I like them.
Cinsault. 11,8% alc. Beautiful cloudy shiny red. Great funk and purity on nose. Sweet ripe fruit on the palate, very juicy and fresh. Great flow, seamless, clean taste, great balance, long. Medium body, long finish. Beautiful funk!
