Thursday, May 14, 2020 - Beautiful bright, floral, creamy mouthful, really luscious with our pasta: rigatoni with spinach, kale, roasted pistachios, butter, sweet peppers and capers, plus Parmesan. Though we drank this six years after the “drink by” date, it stood up to time and was outstanding!
