Saturday, May 23, 2020 - Dark ruby color and a fairly complex Tempranillo with tangy, medium acidity, ripe red plum, black cherry, and licorice. Some smoky, peppery notes, and good tannin structure. A fantastic value for a drinkable, everyday rioja. I’m excited to compare this with the 2014 Reserva Tempranillo, as well.
