Community Tasting Note

Wednesday, June 3, 2020 - Bright ruby core, lighter edge. Pretty strident fennel that softened to easier green tones and allowed the tart red fruit to come through on the nose. Medium weight, a bit of effervescence. Crisp, tangy red fruit, licorice, crushed herbs. Buoyant with lively acidity and moderate tannin. Great with roast chicken. Still a lot of structure to carry it forward.
