Thursday, June 4, 2020 - First bottle of a case of 6. Floral and fruit nose. Lovely garnet colour. Silky and precisely textured . Tart cherry initially with woody herb and a little earthiness coming through. Lovely long finish. Certainly another 2 or 3 years left for the next 5 bottles.
