Wednesday, June 3, 2020 - A private lunch with family (Restaurant De Lage Vuursche, Lage Vuursche, NL): Unfined and unfiltered. Silky and flowing, honeyed texture, spiced strawberries and cream, floral lift (rose), gentle bitters, smoky minerality, very good resonance and length. A beautiful rosé.
