Saturday, June 6, 2020 - For some reason, this thing exploded on me after I had untwisted the cage but one time... and more than half the contents geysered out. After spending the next half an hour cleaning up the mess, I finally gave it a go. It was glorious. Pure fruit. Acid perfectly melded. Real lovely texture and mouthfeel. A wow champagne from a great grower.
