Sunday, June 14, 2020 - Cork broke while opening. The cork was so sealed to the glass that I could not push it through but using a strong plastic chopstick I was able to create a hole in the cork. Interesting. Decanted for one hour and enjoyed with prime steaks. Medium ruby with a bit of lightening at the rim. Nice forest nose. Tannins mostly resolved. Elegant with a long finish. Time to drink IMHO.
