Saturday, June 13, 2020 - Through an aerator and into a decanter for 3 hours. It took all of that to fully open. Loads of overripe black fruits. Some black currant, underbrush, vanilla Oak, cedar, and just the right amount of acidity. Still young and I'd say drink to 2030.
