Sunday, June 21, 2020 - I own two bottles and opened the first one for Father's Day. Decanted for about an hour and it continued to evolve for another 2 hours. At first, it was surprisingly delicate, almost Chambolle-like aromatics. Over time the more classic Chambertin power emerged with asian spices predominating. A really nice wine from a variable year.
