Friday, June 26, 2020 - Zoom wine tasting/drinking with Cassidy Dart MW (Zoom): A joy to have this wine at this stage and it is definitely a great result as expected given the vintage. The aromatics and flavour are text book Sauternes, apricot, soft honey, light caramel and noble rot. On the palate it’s its effortless, light on its feet and albeit it has a lot of depth of flavour it is not heavy at all. Very solid and will leave another 20-30 summers. 94
