Dark nearly opaque purple in color. Tertiar aromas of mushrooms, leather, espresso and plum notes. Rich and mouthfilling, dominated by smokey oak notes with a floral/violet finish and suave but firm tannins. Another modern-styled '09 that is barely recognizable as BDX. Drink it NOW.
