Monday, June 29, 2020 - people who follow Yodamark and know me will know my love of Mossy. and my love in particular of the 95. this was the first year post the "reserve" program, ( 94 being the last) and so everything went into this wine coupled with a cracker vintage. i just do not know where to start on this wine. it was still purple in parts and very dense. it was jammed pack with Cassis, Black fruit and blue fruit , sweet earthy undertones underpinned with wonderful length and an incredibly rich mouthfeel. simply a stunning, decadent , opulent drop that at 25 years of age is still no where near its peak and will motor for 50 years easily. its downright amazing. gave me a woody...! Glad i still have 5 more bottles.
