Wednesday, July 1, 2020 - Salmon color, creamy, medium body, low acidity and alcohol, short finish - an ideal rose for a hot summer evening diner. As somebody else mentioned it is also my opinion that these provence rose wines tend to improve a bit in the bottle, if the vintage is good (usually up to a year or even more if purchased shortly after filling).
