Monday, July 6, 2020 - similar to previous notes. Golden yellow color. Pineapple, lemon pound cake, honey, slightest hint of botrytis, nuts. I would guess some skin contact (scholium style), and perhaps a bit of oxidization. Good acid rounded out with some weight. after 3 days back in fridge, nuttiness and acid increased in a good way. Definitely a rebuy at the $20 i paid
