Alcohol is high as most Saxum. Took a while for the alcohol to blow off, but nice round black fruit. Acid is a high, but velvety mouthfeel. Blackberries, almost a banana flavor I have had from other California Rhine blends. This alcohol would be great to cut through a nice fatty steak. Some middle eastern spice, black currant. Nice wine, but alcohol is intense.
