Saturday, July 11, 2020 - Surprisingly dark red core. Lovely tart cherry on the nose, very primary. Showing no age, except for a bit of brick dust. Bone dry, high (but balanced) acidity, similar in texture and mouthfeel to a seriously good Cru Beaujolais. Light-to-medium bodied — actually picks up sone heft after an hour or so of air. No rush on this.
