Wednesday, September 2, 2020 - Tropical fruit, mineral and nice acidity. Gently sweet fruit but just enough to whet the palate. Nice long mouth watering finish. Drank 1/2 bottle just waiting for dinner to bake. Last 1/2 with broccoli/bacon quiche. Very nice together.
