Wednesday, September 9, 2020 - (91-93) Lighter garnet. Bouquet of beechwood and brambly stemmed fruit. Palate has medium tannins and lifted acidity with sour red cherries. Finishes long with nice purity of fruit. It’s a pretty wine with very nice purity of fruit and a bit darker profile for Volnay. Just unsure as to how much weight it will have when it’s all said and done.
