Sunday, September 13, 2020 - Exposed to air for two hours. Seemed like an appropriate amount of time.. Great biig fruit well integrated. No smoky or white pepper flavors of some Syrahs but had a nice 'chew' to hold up to burgers. Enjoy over the next 6-12 months.
