Wednesday, September 16, 2020 - The label on this says "Les eboulis de la Savoyarde." The nose is like an autumn breeze: fresh apples and field flowers. Although I can certainly tell this wine has some age, it is not at all tired or over the hill. The acidity is balanced, there is still a hint of sweet fruit, and the apple notes work really well with this light style of wine. I would say that this has aged gracefully and is ready to drink.
