Monday, November 24, 2008 - A pleasant drinking wine as Monday night football starter and with sauteed scallops and prosciutto wrapped asparagus. Rather tight and almost bitter to start but rapidly softened. More like a SB then chardonnay with the usual green apple and lemon tastes. A pretty good price to value wine.
