Monday, September 21, 2020 - Cherry/blackberry aroma, with lots of fruit and velvety tannins and a full body. Drinkable now but have a whole case and a Coravin ;) Excellent length/followthrough. Can sip it by itself though probably at this time better with a meal with flavorful dishes. It clearly needs decanting as I sipped more and swirled more, with a little bit of cheese makes those tannins become silky. Considering its' price point it better improve. Will update with my second glass which will be decanted for 30 min at least.
