Wednesday, September 23, 2020 - Admittedly not a regular sauv blanc drinker but this wine always impresses me. Nose of lemon thyme, hay, red grapefruit and honeysuckle that stays consistent through the palate - and adds some key lime and lemon curd for a nice finish. This never disappoints.
