Monday, October 19, 2020 - Last bottle of the vintage for me. Pepper, lavender and blue fruit on the nose still. Again that spicy entry, with a little tingle on the palate, and soft but still present tannins. Hints of plum, garrigue and cola as well. Lovely and lithe but quite savoury and dry, though not drying. Possibly on the way down, but still drinking beautifully.
