Wednesday, October 21, 2020 - This wine is a pale lemon-green in color with a high intensity of aroma. The nose is composed of fresh cut grass, grapefruit peel, boxwood, fresh basil, button mushroom, quince, and lychee. This wine is already fully developed. The acidity is high, alcohol is medium, the body is medium(+), the wine is dry and the finish is long. The palate is composed of grapefruit, limes, button mushroom, grass, basil, and green apple. This wine is of very good quality and should be drunk now.
