Sunday, October 25, 2020 - Needs air to open up, initially a bit ripe and sweet but gained acidity and mineral notes as time went by. It is still a solar year though as the ripeness is still there, just not overblown. Dark red cherry, sweet strawberry and hints of licorice. I would lest this rest for 4-5 years to shed its baby fat before opening another one.
