Monday, December 1, 2008 - Not as great as previous years but still very very good. There are not much white wines you have to wait till they open up and reveal aromas. Well for this Chardonnay to open you have to wait for 15-20 minutes. Nutty, buttery, smoky scents slowly emerge from the glass. The only thing not balanced as precisely as it used to be is acid which stands out a bit.
