Tuesday, November 10, 2020 - We had this after finishing a bottle of 2009 Domaine de Chevalier. Notwithstanding the additional 5 years of age, this wine was much thicker, more viscous. Sort of like drinking a port. Good wine, but it's a question of taste whether you like this style. In contrast, the bordeaux was much lighter on its feet, more delicate.
