Saturday, November 14, 2020 - Served w smoked brisket. Very young but with decant great structure, acidity, red fruit on the nose & palate. Remarkable balance of power, structure and medium weight perhaps aided by the richness of the beef. Look forward to tracking over next 15+ years.
