Monday, November 23, 2020 - Amazing classy and balanced wine; fresh clean citrus on the nose with honeysuckle and petrichor yet plenty rich and showing real dry extract. First guess was a superb Corton Charlemagne. Salinity only emerged mid-palate and rounded out an extraordinary wine. Still no one guessed Chablis! Truly outstanding, a rounded and complex wine (I was still guessing Chevalier Montrachet!)
