Tuesday, November 24, 2020 - Not at all what I was expecting from CDP, but apparently this is high elevation. What a surprise! Light and elegant. Medium body, medium intensity ruby, translucent core. Red fruit with a subtle kiss of smoke and rosemary. Silky tannins. Med + acid. 14.5 abv. Needs 2 hour decant. Light sediment.
