Friday, November 20, 2020 - Nose shows intense minerality, with soft notes of white flowers, grapefruit, and baby powder. Palate shows plenty of minerality and concentrated flavours of grapefruit and lime (fresh, sweet, tart). Fine, powdery chalk gives the wine a soft mouthfeel despite the tart acidity.
